I had a great experience from start to finish!When preparing the proposal to replace my central air with a heat pump, Oliver took the time to learn what was important to me, answer my questions, and formulate a plan for how to improved efficiency of heating and cooling in my home.The install team delivered upon the promises made. Jeff, Steve, and Joel worked in the hot attic without complaint. The new duct work looks great and the unit is performing as I had hoped. The guys cleaned up after themselves and took the time to answer additional questions that came to mind.I obtained multiple quotes before going with Precision and I am very pleased with my decision.

They were here in a very quick timeline, and came back the next morning and were able to complete the repair in a timely manner.(2 hours) Both guys explained everything in detail, showed me pics of the problem, and discussed everything beforehand. These are the people you need to call if you have any heating problems. Logan came out to our property and spent hours going though and finding what shorted out our system. He let me watch and ask questions as he went though the process and I really appreciate being able to learn from a professional. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and was able to prevent future problems in the system that he noticed as he worked. He went out of his way to pick up parts and install them the same day. The work was efficient and the price was extremely reasonable.
