Jordan

“J-Hook“, Owner/Operator since 2015. He started with just himself and a truck. Jordan is the overseer and efficiency commander, ensuring precision, speed, and streamlining operations.

Outside the office, he is married with two daughters. He is passionate about his faith and loves building things, working on his farm, and in the garden. Stop in the office and you might see Hank his Newfoundland!

Ivonne

“The Vault“, Financial Manager. Ivonne has worked in the financial industry for more than 16 years. She is very passionate about her faith. She prides herself on accuracy and holds a very high standard of maintaining the financial function of our business.

Outside the office, she is married with two daughters. She loves tending to her farm animals and growing a beautiful vegetable garden.

Virginia

“The Gatekeeper”, Office Manager. Virginia started with Precision Plumbing & Air LLC in 2020 as the Office Manager. Previously, she was in banking for 25 years. As anyone who calls can attest, she is the most enthusiastic person answering the phone! She always says, “I love, love, love my job!!”. She is the most helpful person and will do what she must, to solve a customer’s issue.

Outside the office, she is married and has a daughter and granddaughter and two dogs, Rebel and Dwight. She is extremely passionate about her family and faith. She has a very tight circle of long-time friends that she loves traveling and spending time with

Isaac

“HVAC Sensei“, General Manager. Isaac is the master of the trade! He has wisdom in every job performed. He is the go-to for the technicians whenever they need a troubleshooter.

Outside the office, he is married, with a toddler son and his dog Blue. He is passionate about family and loves being on the golf course, fishing, and working on his home.

Oliver

“Solution Enthusiast”, Sales Manager. Oliver joined the team in 2020 as an Installation Helper, moved to Installation Lead, then began his career as a Sales Manager in 2022. He is a problem solver and loves helping our customers. He is excellent at analyzing the needs of the customer, presenting them with efficient, well-planned solutions for their home or business to satisfy their needs. He prides himself on designing a system that creates a pleasant appearance, as well as satisfying their needs.

Outside the office, Oliver is married and has two dogs, Gunner and Koda. He enjoys doing home renovations with his wife. He is passionate about spending time on the golf course, in the woods hunting, and in the gym working out.

Nikki

“The Closer”, Customer Service Specialist. Nikki joined the team in 2025, after 25 years in the dental industry. She is one of the first voices you will hear when calling and see when stopping in the office. She brings to the team enthusiasm and a determination to help each customer with their HVAC needs.

Outside the office, Nikki enjoys a full and active life with her three children, one grandson, and her polydactyl cat, Harris. She has a passion for photography, gardening, and spending time outdoors or in the kitchen. Family time is especially important to her, and she values every moment shared with loved ones. In addition to her professional role, Nikki is also a licensed real estate agent.
