They even lent us an air conditioner while we waited for the installation of our new central a/c. They wore booties to cover they're shoes (we did tell them they didn't have to). Precision LLC was very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable on the issue at hand. Alex was thorough, as well as Ben, who fixed the water leak. They were here in a very quick timeline, and came back the next morning and were able to complete the repair in a timely manner.(2 hours) Both guys explained everything in detail, showed me pics of the problem, and discussed everything beforehand. Also showed me the bad parts causing the leak. Virginia also was very courteous with our phone calls. I would definitely recommend them . Everyone was great to work with!

The inducer on our furnace was running continuously. The usual culprits were not the cause. Alex was able to trace the problem to a faulty humidifier control that was causing a short/back feed.

Call price felt high but they were able to come out, diagnose, and fix our heat within 12 hours of our phone call. Our technician was respectful and very knowledgeable. These are the people you need to call if you have any heating problems. Logan came out to our property and spent hours going though and finding what shorted out our system. He let me watch and ask questions as he went though the process and I really appreciate being able to learn from a professional. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and was able to prevent future problems in the system that he noticed as he worked. He went out of his way to pick up parts and install them the same day. The work was efficient and the price was extremely reasonable.
